The website is informational and presents the NIS2 consulting services offered by CONTROL DEVELOPMENT, including the Outsourced NIS2 Officer service authorized by DNSC under Law 124/2025 and GEO 155/2024. The content does not constitute individualized legal or technical advice.

- ANC or DNSC accredited/authorized professional training
Services are intended exclusively for legal entities and professionals (B2B). The contractual relationship is established through an individual contract signed by both parties.
7. Right of Withdrawal
CONTROL DEVELOPMENT services are intended exclusively for professional clients (B2B). The provisions of GEO 34/2014 regarding the right of withdrawal in distance contracts for consumers do not apply to B2B contracts.
If an individual consumer contracts services at a distance, they benefit from the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, without having to state a reason, in accordance with GEO 34/2014. Withdrawal must be communicated in writing to the email address indicated in Section 1.
8. Limitation of Liability
Information on the website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. CONTROL DEVELOPMENT makes efforts to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee that the information is complete, up-to-date, or error-free.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. The parties shall attempt amicable resolution of any dispute.
If amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in Iași, Romania.
For disputes related to contracts concluded online, consumers in the European Union may use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Severability Clause
If any provision of these terms is declared null, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. The date of the last update is displayed at the beginning of the document. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
